Faculty Development Program (FDP)
PACET has been making proactive efforts to upgrade the knowledge and skills of faculty members in the institutions of higher education. For the purpose of organizing orientation and refresher courses for In-service faculty members, we at PACET in reaction to changing needs the Faculty Development Associate – FDA is established to embrace an approach that assesses extensively the needs of key stakeholder groups, then designs a comprehensive, strategic program that targets those needs. Continuous feedback and program improvements insure that institutional investments of time and emotional energy are optimized.
The veterans in teaching higher education are frequently invited to train and equip the Faculty members to enhance their learning and teaching quality.
Student Development Program-SDP
The Student Development Program is designed to enhance the experience of the students.
The primary goals are:
- To support the efforts of every student to earn a degree with proper learning
- To provide assistance for the student in the development of values, with emphasis on the qualities of leadership.
- To enhance the interpersonal relationships and communication skills of the student
- To facilitate the fulfillment of the career and life goals of the student
- To safeguard the academic integrity of the college; by ensuring compliance with all rules of the university
Ethics and Social Responsibility @ PACET
We at PACET aim for merit with ethics in all our academic initiations and we in every trot mourn and practice ethics. The future technocrats are frequently acquainted with admirable culture and it is a regular exercise for everyone in PACET because the discipline brings laurels and takes PACET to pinnacle.
PACET is socially sensitive to upgrade the normal living of the people in and around Pollachi in highlighting the vitality of Nature and its protection, so as a part of this, PACET frequently organizes the program to create awareness among the public in creating awareness to protect nature and restore water resources.
