Message from Principal
The Principal of P.A.College of Engineering and Technology, Dr. T. Manigandan a resourceful, eminent and devoted scholar in the domain of Electrical Engineering is 43years old. Prior to this assignment, he was the Dean School of Electrical Sciences in the prestigious Kongu Engineering College, Perundurai, where he served as Professor and in other capacities for a decade and elsewhere for 8 years. He got graduated B.E from Government College of technology, Coimbatore, M.E. from PSG College of Technology and PhD from Anna University, Chennai.
A conscientious teacher, sagacious Educational Administrator blended with intelligence and compassion, Prof. Dr. T. Manigandan has tremendous potential benevolent to the students as well as teaching community. Under his immaculate guidance 15 scholars are working for their doctoral degree in different areas of Electrical Engineering. He has published many papers in leading International journals and in renowned National journals.
The International and National Conferences where he presented papers is an astonishing number of 70; the workshop, Faculty Development Programme, Pedagogic Training Programmes he conducted/attended are 27 and 22 respectively.Notewothy activities of acclaim and contribution include his editorship, referee ship for nearly 25 journals, consultancy for many academic groups, Head of Boards of Studies for University curricula and chairing sessions for multilevel seminars, symposia and Research groups are always in his busy schedule.
He is blessed with two children. Hailing from a secluded village in the educationally backward hilly Nilgris district in Tamilnadu, Dr. T. Manigandan is scaling heights in his career.
